What is Pastor's Council?

The Pastor's Council is where MIBC pastors and MIBC staff celebrate a full day of interaction four times each year. An appointed repesentative from each of the 18 area pastors fellowship groups throughout Minnesota and Iowa meet at the MIBC office to interact about needs, concerns and joys of the pastors and churches. It is also where pastors and MIBC staff can exchange information and where they can study and address issues and pray together. The Pastor's Council conducts regular pastors Health and Wellness and Pastors Compensation surveys and conducts studies on various issues of interest to pastors.
