Ministry to Hispanic Americans
This committee is formed of MIBC pastors and lay persons who are interested in ministry to the more than 300,000 Spanish speaking Hispanics residents in Minnesota and Iowa.
It includes the MIBC Director of Spanish Speaking Ministries, an MIBC staff representative, and all the Leaders of the MIBC Hispanic churches in Minnesota and Iowa.
It is our goal to have as high a percentage as possible of Hispanics as members of this committee. We seek to advance the Hipanic Ministry in every way that the Lord enables us to minister as God calls Hispanic people to Himself and builds His church.

New Ministry in Park Rapids
The first worship service was held on March 20th as planned and prayed for. Faith Baptist provided wonderfully for the Spanish-speaking worship--a number from the church attending the 2 hour service. About 60 Spanish-speakers were in attendance--a great start for the new congregation.
Please support this new ministry in prayer--as we know that nothing of lasting value will happen in just human effort. Please pray specifically that the English-speaking church would be able to work out details with the Spanish speaking congregation and that many significant times would be shared together--so that the Grace of God may be increasingly visible in Park Rapids--Acts 11:19+. Thanks again, and we are praising the Lord for his provision with you.
